I am Manolis Manos, a dedicated medical herbalist with a passion for natural farming and holistic healthcare. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Herbal Medicine from Edinburgh Napier University, where I gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of herbal medicine.

With years of experience in research and development of herbal products, I have cultivated a deep understanding of how herbs can support and enhance health. My journey began with a profound interest in the healing power of nature, leading me to study and practice herbal medicine professionally.

• Aspasia, a skilled artist, specializes in creative workshops such as drawing, collage, and modern arts inspired by nature and plants. These activities can be tailored for all ages, ensuring that even the youngest participants can engage in fun and meaningful artistic exploration.

• Panagiotis, the founder of Chiron Botanicals, spent most of his life working as a mechanical engineer before following his true passion—plants and the healing power of nature. Today, he runs a small organic distillery where he cultivates and steam-distills Greek herbs into high-quality essential oils. Combining technical knowledge with deep respect for the land, Panagiotis brings care and authenticity to every drop, sharing his dream through the pure essence of herbs grown under the Greek sun.

• Vaggelis will open your eyes to the cosmos with his telescope during magical stargazing sessions. Learn about the stars under Pelion’s clear skies, adding an awe-inspiring dimension to your visit. He also invites you to explore sustainable farming practices with a visit to his vermicompost farm, where nature’s recyclers—worms—are hard at work enriching the soil.
